Once your return request has been approved, you have 14 days to ship the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in their original packaging
Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as CHAPLIN is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law or in cases of error on our part
